This RFQ is issued for the purpose to select firms for the purposes of establishing the VOR List will commence with the issuance of this RFQ and will terminate when NPC identifies Vendors of Record to establish the VOR List for the Goods/Services. It is in the intention of NPC to access the Goods/Services through the VOR List for the provision of Goods/Services on an "as-and-when needed" basis using a second stage selection process. A Second Stage Process will be initiated at the option of NPC on an as-required basis to award individual Goods/Services assignments. Only Vendors of Record are eligible to participate in any such Second Stage Process. The Vendor of Record Ceiling Price is $3,000,000.00.
