Solicitation Description: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to short-list firms to provide energy consulting and management services for procurement of electricity for the City's electricity accounts. The City's intent is to identify Firms that have the capability to provide professional energy consulting and management services related to the procurement and delivery of electricity for its facilities along with other consulting services related to energy conservation and alternative energy options. The City will solicit bids and/or proposals for energy to its facilities and may pursue other projects dedicated to energy conservation and/or alternative energy options. In conjunction with these activities, the City seeks the services of a consultant to assist with the details of an RFP, to evaluate the proposals and to assist with the decision making process(es). The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
