Renovation of a mixed-use development in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of November 14, 2022, this project has been cancelled due to no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. There is no pre-bid meeting. There are Bonding requirements for the project. The Bid Document shall be sealed in an opaque envelope and addressed to the Owners representative at the Purchasing Department address noted on the official Bid Submission Form found in this document. The bidders name and address shall clearly be identified on the face of the envelope. In addition, the envelope shall clearly state the following PSHS Gym Sound System. Bid to be opened Thursday, November 10, 2022, @ 10:00 a.m. Bid questions may be submitted per directions found in Section 2.2.
