Description Code 36C244 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C24423Q0072. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08 effective 23 September 2022, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). The NAICS Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is J041 Maint/repair/rebuild Of Equipment- Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment and the business size standard is $16.5 million. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking services to Repair And Upgrade Air Handler - RTU3 at the Philadelphia, PA VAMC. The statement of work is attached. Service Contract Act Wage Determination No.2015-4233 Rev 24 dated 27 June 2022, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. The period of performance (POP) is estimated to be date of award plus 150 days. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. Individual employee training and certifications or licensing shall be commensurate with requirements for job description. a. A statement certifying that all individuals performing work under this contract will meet the required qualifications IAW the Statement of Work. b. Contractor shall be properly licensed and insured, license and proof of insurance to be provided in the response. D. Section III Redacted Technical Redacted copy of Section II.
