Plans may be shipped for a non-refundable charge of $25.00 plus the cost of shipping. All addenda will be issued to all plan holders that have obtained their access of documents through the office of the Architect. It is the bidder's responsibility to verify if any addenda has been issued. To be considered, bids must be made in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders included in the Project Manual. Each bidder must submit a Surety Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of their bid amount. The selected General Contractor will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Surety Bonds for the full amount of the Contract and shall include this cost in their bid. Richland R-1 School District is a Tax Exempt Agency; sales tax shall not be included in any bid. All bids must be on a lump sum basis for the work; segregated bids will not be accepted.
