A final decision will be made by the Antrim County Board of Commissioners on November 17. Antrim County is seeking sealed bids for bathroom plumbing repairs and replacement of fixtures at Barnes Park Campground located in Eastport, Michigan.Replacement of any/all damaged plumbing within the building. Replacement of fixtures to include toilets, urinals, sinks and shower heads. Replacement of water heater or, as alternate, upgrade to tank less water heater The work which the contractor is required to perform shall be completed by December 31, 2022. The time for completion may be extended if reasonable explanation can be provided to the County. Removal and disposal of all construction debris. b. Replacement of 4 shower heads and associated plumbing. c. Replacement of 5 toilets and 1 urinal and associated plumbing. d. Replacement of 5 sinks and associated plumbing. e. Replacement of anti-scald device. f. Replacement of water heater. g. Evaluation and replacement of any broken or worn out plumbing items not aforementioned 2. Removal and replacement of two water fill stations
