PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project shall include design services to provide electrical, mechanical, cabinetry, flooring, walls, ceiling, doors/hardware, asbestos and lead abatement, fire protections, plumbing fixtures, and exterior finishes for the renovation of Building 6, and install power, water, and telecommunication utilities for 6 or more commercially available modular trailers that will be located adjacent to Patriot Golf Course on the VA campus. The project scope does not include any work inside the modular buildings and ends where the utility services connect to the modular buildings. PROCUREMENT INFORMATION: The proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed-price contract utilizing the design approach outlined in FAR Part 36.6 Architect-Engineer Services.
