Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
This project has been awarded to Western Specialty Contractors. Work will be performed on the Seattle Municipal Tower Parking Garage Exterior Elevations, to include: 1) Exterior Sealant Replacement: Removal of existing elastomeric sealant at sealant conditions 2) Building Perimeter Sealant Replacement: Removal of existing concrete paving joint sealant at sealant conditions 3) Repair of broken or cracked stone panels 4) Repair of cracked concrete columns, pre-cast spandrels, and pre-cast planters. Ordinance # 126490 All questions must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager Michael Johnson before 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2022.
