Furnishing to said City of all transportation, labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, permits, utilities, and other items necessary to construct said work. The work involves application of Micro-surfacing and 6" deep patches as described in the project plans and specifications on County Line Road in the City of Delano. The City Council has obtained from the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations a determination of the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work in the locality in which said work is to be performed for each craft, classification, or type of worker needed. Not less than the determined rates shall be paid to all workers employed in the performance of the contract. Such rates of wages are on the file with the Department of Industrial Relations and in the office of the City and are available to any interested party upon request.
