Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the owner's facilities - three packages. The scope of the project includes civil and structural upgrades to Emile-Legault building of Saint-Laurent vocational training centre, Jeanne-Sauve adult education centre and Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes elementary school. Construction program budget amounts to $11,400,000. TIMELINE: The owner is implementing the project by construction packages and will issue separate tenders for package general contractors. The project are now followed in the report under CRM ID names: - CEA Jeanne-Sauvé - Édifice Dorval Renovation; - Saint-Laurent Vocational Training Centre - Emile-Legault Building Upgrades and - École Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Re-Roofing and Site Work.
