Project Completion Date: Completion of this Project must be achieved within 90 days of Notice to Proceed. PKG-2007 / PC-92289 Liquidated Damages in the amount of $1,500.00 per day will be levied for each day the project is not completed after the required Project Completion Date. This Project has been estimated to cost approximately $1,400,000.00 UNLV is located in the city of Las Vegas and is emerging as a premier urban university. UNLV currently has over 220 undergraduate, masters, and doctoral degree granting programs and serves approximately 28,000 students. Additionally, there are approximately 3,000 faculty and staff. The University's 340-acre campus is located in the southeast part of the City, near the Harry Reid International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip. Demolition of concrete, landscape and asphalt. Construction of new parking lot including new asphalt, new concrete, new lighting, striping of parking spaces and new landscape.
