Site Visit: The site will be available for visitation as follows: Due to COVID 19, please limit your personnel who will be attending the site visit to those pertinent to the bidding process, preferably one or two representatives only. All individuals in attendance may be required to wear a mask (no neck gators), be in good health with temperatures checked and below 100 degrees before arrival. WAGE RATE REQUIREMENTS IN FACILITY CONTRACTS INCLUDING Construction (General Decision Number: ME20230049 01/06/2023) shall be used for construction wage rates and fringe for services not covered in the current CBA. This contract contains only one Wage Rate Requirement Construction General Decision which shall be in effect for the life of the contract. The contractor may include in the offered price for the option years any increase needed for wages or benefits for construction work under the contract. The contractor warrants that the prices in the option years of this contract do not include any allowance for any contingency to cover increased cost for which adjustment is provided under FAR clause 52.217- 43, Fair Labor Standards Act and Service Contract Act - Price Adjustment.
