Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a retail development; and for site work for a retail development.
Richland County is requesting sealed and competitive bids from properly licensed demolition Contractors to provide exploratory selective demolition at the former Dillards facility at the Columbia Place Mall location. Award will be made in the form of a Lump Sum Construction Contract. Failure to do so will not relieve the contractor from responsibility for estimating properly or successfully performing the work.
