The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive, sealed Bids to furnish Marine Science Center Floor Reinforcement for the County of Volusia, Florida. Indiana Ave., Rm 302 Deland, Fl 32720 The County of Volusia, Department of Business Services is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the reinforcement of the floor in the main Exhibit Hall to include installation of stainless steel hurricane ties and replacement of beam-to-beam connections at the Marine Science Center located at 100 Lighthouse Drive, Ponce Inlet, FL 32127. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings.
