Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a six-story above grade municipal facility.
On behalf of the City of Fort Worth, Linbeck Group, LLC, is requesting proposals for City of Fort Worth Future City Hall - Bid Package #04 (BP-T-04) Tower Renovation - Interior Finishes for 7th, 8th, 9th, 12th & 14th Levels and remaining work on 20th Level. Project to consist of renovated finishes for the stated levels including new interior walls, ceilings, floor and wall finishes, millwork, glass/glazing, doors, frames & hardware, specialties and appliances. For the 20th level, only millwork, glass/glazing and doors frames & hardware, acoustic panels, and window treatment will be required in this bid package. The bid carries a 50% City of Fort Worth qualified Business Equity firm participation goal. The City of Fort Worth reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any and all Proposals. The official project start date - January 2023. As of March 2025, construction is complete.
