The City of Topeka is requesting proposals for professional engineering services for SW 25th Street between SW Urish Road and SW Kingsrow Road. The services include determining the scope of the project which will consist of roadway, curb and gutter, storm sewer, and pavement markings/signing improvements. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
