The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a Market Survey for Recommissioning of Existing Buildings at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, OK to identify interested and capable sources that can provide all the elements of the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The FAA will review the responses to the Market Survey and will make appropriate acquisition planning decisions that best meet the FAA's needs. The results of the Market Survey will assist the FAA to determine the extent of the requirement that may be set-aside for small businesses, socially and economically disadvantaged small business [8(a)] and Service disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. All interested parties are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this Market Survey/Request for Information. Therefore, any costs associated with Market Survey/Request for Information submissions will be solely at the interested party's expense. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. Background and Scope of Work: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) seeks a qualified Recommissioning Contractor to fulfill its requirements for recommissioning buildings on the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) campus in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The nature of the contract will be an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type for a 1-year base plus up to 4 one-year extensions. The current plan for recommissioning includes up to 30 buildings covering up to 3.0 million square feet. Once the recommissioning contractor has been selected, individual SOWs will be issued for one (1) or multiple buildings as task orders to the IDIQ contract. The recommissioning contractor must provide all materials and labor to provide building recommissioning tasks for building systems in FAA MMAC campus buildings. All work performed by the Contractor shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) all applicable laws, regulations, instructions, and commercial practices. Response to this Market Survey: Any information provided under this market survey is for informational purposes only and will not be released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. No evaluation of vendors will occur and vendor participation in any informational session is not a promise of future business with the FAA. Responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. All responses (one response per company) are to be provided on company letterhead. Market survey responses received after the time and date specified will be determined to be late and may not be considered. Capability Statement: Qualified vendors are invited to submit documentation evidencing the possession of the following capabilities: 1.
