The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as: the construction of Stage 4 of the Ada County Landfill North Ravine Cell. The Work includes heavy earthwork excavations and embankment fills, 30-acres of lined landfill including key infrastructure support systems for the cell such as leachate collection pipelines connecting to existing facilities, extending the gas collection and leachate recycle header pipelines, constructing landfill gas horizontal collector side slope riser pipes and metering valves, constructing a drainage gravel layer and liner protection soil layer on the lined areas, constructing unpaved equipment and public access roads, and drainage and erosion control measures in the cell area.
