Project Description: An enclosed corridor will be added onto the Middle School building to connect it to the McGuffey 6th grade center to provide conditioned secure space for students to travel between the two buildings. Major systems include mechanical, fire protection, and electrical. Project Location: 285 Education Way, Stanford, Kentucky 40484 Sealed proposals for the following work will be received by Lincoln County Board of Education in the manner and on the date hereinafter specified for the furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, services, etc., necessary for the construction of Lincoln Co. Middle School Corridor Connector as set forth in the specifications and as shown on the drawings prepared by RossTarrant Architects, Inc., 101 Old Lafayette Avenue, Lexington, Kentucky 40502. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of bid opening. Method of Receiving Bids: Bids will be received from Contractors for a Total Lump Sum Amount. All phases of the work shall be bid to and through the Contractor submitting the proposal. Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent of each proposal submitted must accompany each Proposal in accordance with the Form of Proposal.
