This request for proposal is published in order to obtain the professional technical expertise of a contractor for: Underground Utility Location Services for Steuben County. From January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025. Any contract awarded may also be renewed by mutual consent for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Note: General Terms and Conditions section; Term Contract(s) clause shall prevail. The proposer shall include a fully executed original bid bond with its submittal. The bid bond shall be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in New York State. The bond shall be in the amount of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). A certified check, cashiers check, or a bank issued Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit may be submitted in lieu of a bid bond. The bid surety shall state the proposal document title and document number. Said surety shall be made payable to: Steuben County Finance Department.
