Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

The revitalization will be approximately 5 acres of existing park space. The scope includes, but is not limited to, professional architectural, civil, structural, landscape, and recreational planning. Submissions should include a list of all licensed agencies and firms that will be a part of the project. 1. Pre-construction project planning including, but not limited to, the assistance in the preparation of a schedule, preliminary cost estimates, and value engineering measures. 2. Master plan to include but not limited to sketches and renderings, conceptual design, material and equipment selection, potential demolition and clearing plans, grading and drainage plans, elevations, construction details, lighting and signage, greenway design, landscape, and planting elements. 3. Public input session to be conducted in person 4. Assistance with grant applications including environmental review as required for PARTF 5. Development and refinement of design cost, construction cost estimates, and potential project schedules.
