Casais, RMC, QPA, Qualified Purchasing Agent at 110 East Westfield Avenue, Roselle Park, NJ. 07204. Submissions considered timely shall be submitted and received, in hand, no later than the date and time specified for formal receipt and opening. AH professional service contractors are required to comply with the requirements of NJ.S.A. 52:32-44, NJ.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and NJ.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all submissions due to any defects or waive informalities and accept any submissions that in their judgment will be in the best interest of the Borough. The Borough shall award the contract or reject all submissions no later than sixty (60) days from receipt of same. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
