Coal Mountain Park Playground Design and Installation The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a quality playground for ages 5 - 12, including installation, surfacing, seating, at Coal Mountain Park, 3560 Settingdown Road Cumming, GA 30040. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities. The area for the new playground is approximately 4200 sq ft in a rectangular shape. The County is seeking a playground supplier to design the playground, provide the proposed equipment/surfacing, and install the new equipment, surfacing, and subbase. All interested and qualified firms are invited to submit a formal proposal with separately sealed pricing information to accomplish the Scope of Work described herein, in conformance with the prescribed format. The proposal is to be signed by a principal of the firm or by a principal of the lead firm if the submittal is for a multiple firm projectteam. Bid Bond must be included with submittal. The successful firm will be required to provide appropriate certificate of insurance showing Forsyth County as an additional insured, as well as Performance and Payment Bonds.
