Renovation of a mixed-use development in Newark, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C 17:27-1 et seq. Award of contracts will be supported by federal funds including the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund and the American Rescue Plan Act. Instructions for registering are obtainable beginning Friday, October 28, 2022 through the Newark Board of Education electronically. Contact Ledah Arbubaker via email larbubaker@nps.k12.nj.us for user credentials, include the solicitation name and number. The Board of Education reserves the right, in accordance with applicable law, to reject any or all bids and waive non-material irregularities in a proposal. All questions must be submitted in writing via the electronic bidding platform no later than 12:00 p.M. Thursday, November 3, 2022. A Performance Bond is required for one third (1/3) of the aggregate dollar amount of the resulting contract.
