It is the intent of the County of Santa Clara, Procurement Department to establish a term contract with a contractor to provide fence repairs on an as-needed basis. The term contract shall be for a period of one (1) year, or up to a value of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000), whichever is reached first. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, materials, labor, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. BIDDER'S SECURITY Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Contract Sum of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000).
