Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Kuna, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,399-square-foot fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; parking garage; parking garage; for the demolition of a residential development; and residential development.
The Kuna Police Station Project is described below and shall include a bid responsive to the ADP Architects plans designed for the City of Kuna: a. A full new build of approximately 5,399 sq feet of a main building to serve as a police station at 739 W 4th St. Kuna Idaho, 83634. b. An auxiliary garage building of approximately 960 sq feet c. Site improvements of approximately 5,868 sq feet of secure parking asphalt d. Approximately 345 linear feet of security fencing e. Approximately 4,051 square feet of xeriscaping f. Demolition and removal of existing residential building g. Do not include refuse removal in bid. Roll offs and disposal provided by the City through J & M Sanitation. Loading of refuse into the roll offs is the responsibility of the contractor.
