Project Location: Approx. 635 Front St., Georgetown, SC2 29440 Georgetown County, SC is soliciting bids for a marine contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the scope of work at the Lafayette Park Retaining Wall which will involve but not be limited to demolition of existing bulkhead materials where required and installation of a new vinyl bulkhead. See project manual and drawings for details. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the scope of work at Lafayette Park Retaining Wall. Refer to Construction Documents for specific locations and scope requirements. Install new vinyl bulkhead, complete with walers, cap, and necessary components. Demolish and remove existing bulkhead materials where required. Provide new tiebacks for vinyl wall and backfill to provide uniform grade. Installation of new vinyl bulkhead will require removal of miscellaneous features and vegetation in the construction area. All demolished materials shall be disposed of off-site by the Contractor.
