Construction of an extension to the Trans-Labrador Highway into Nunatsiavut. The road would start in the vicinity of Happy Valley-Goose Bay or Lake Melville area and extend as far as Nain. It would include access roads to Postville, Hopedale, Makkovik, Rigolet, and Natuashish. TIMELINE: Plans are conceptual.
