2023 Annual Request for Letters of Interest and Statement of Qualifications.The City of Bentonville is Accepting Annual Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications (Soq) From Properly Experienced, Qualified Firms Whom Provide Professional Services, as Defined in 19-11-801 and Herein, Interested in Being Evaluated for Providing These Services for 2023 Projects on an as-needed Basis. Professional Services for This Solicitation Are Defined as Legal, Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management, and Land Surveying Professional Consultant Services. Submission to the 2023 Annual Request for Letters of Interest and Statement of Qualifications Does Not Guarantee That a Firm Will Be Selected for Projects. A Selection Committee Will Evaluate Firms Identified as Properly Qualified for a Project in Accordance With the Criteria Set Forth in 19-11-803. In Accordance With the City's Purchasing Policy, a Minimum of Three Firms, When Possible, Must Be Evaluated for a Project When Using the Annual Soq List. The City of Bentonville Encourages All Qualified Small, Minority and Women Owned Businesses to Participate and Submit for City Projects. Submissions to Shall Include the Information and Required Response Documents as Set Forth in the Required Response Packet.
