Professional Janitorial Services Project. Transit Management of Mobile, Inc. D/b/a The Wave Transit System ("The Wave") is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to furnish all necessary labor, supervision, and equipment to satisfactorily perform Professional Janitorial Services at the Operations and Maintenance Facility located at 1224 West I-65 Service Road, South, Mobile, Alabama; Five (5) days per week. The Wave Transit will provide supplies to include but not be limited to; toilet tissue, paper towels, waste basket liners, toilet covers, urinal blocks, hand soap. Services will be based on all provisions, instructions, and specifications as outlined in the proposal. This will be a Two (2) year contract with an option for one (1) additional year term. The pre-proposal conference will provide the opportunity to review the requirements and intent of the contract documents. Following the meeting attendees will be invited to a walk-through of The Wave Transit Systems Beltline Service Road location.
