SCOPE OF WORK The proposed project consists of a new greenhouse structure located within the existing courtyard of Grayslake North High School. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the bid is to accompany the Bid Form. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the bid amount, with sureties approved by the owner, and Certificate of Insurance within ten (10) days of the award of the contract. The successful bidder is required to pay Prevailing Wage for work under this Contract and shall submit certified payroll records in compliance with the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The Board of Education of Grayslake Community High School District 127 reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any bid irregularities.
