Description Culture Center: Granite Slab Replacement The installation, repair and maintenance of marble and marble products forming the exterior of structures owned by others Category Construction Type Agency Request for Quote Vendor should complete the Pricing Page (Exhibit B) by providing a lump sum bid for all labor, materials, and necessary equipment needed to complete the work. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the work, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the contract documents. Vendor should complete the Bid Form in full as failure to complete the Pricing Page in its entirety may result in Vendors bid being disqualified. Technical Questions due by 4:00PM EST 2022-11-07 The West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture and History is soliciting bids to establish a contract for replacing two (2) granite slabs on the exterior of the Culture Center (Building 9, located at 1900 Kanawha Blvd., E., Charleston, WV 25305) as specified. Removal of two (2) cracked granite slabs and the installation of two (2) new granite slabs in the same locations as the former slabs, which have been damaged (See attached photos in Exhibit "A"). The new slabs will be positioned and epoxied into place as per the original installation. The slab pieces shall be caulked to building. The granite color and design shall match the surrounding granite slabs. Actual granite samples are to be provided for the Agency Representative to decide final color choice. Granite dimensions, surface finish, and edge details are described in Section 4.2
