The Housing Authority of Island County (HAIC) is inviting firms to respond to a Request for Proposals for Architectural and Engineering Services for the Glenhaven Condominiums Housing Preservation Project. The selected architect/ firm will work with HAIC to provide consultant design services for the rehabilitation of Glenhaven Condominiums, a senior housing community in Langley,Washington. Archiitectural and Engineering (A&E) Services for the triplex buildings are specifically needed for Capital Building Improvements: A&E Services are needed for the design and installation of new building decks. The exterior envelopes of the buildings have major damage. A&E Services are needed for building exteriors site repair, which includes exterior siding and waterproofing. Updated windows and doors are planned to be installed. A&E Services are needed for window specifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time As of November 1, 2022, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
