Remodeling of a library in Pickerington, Ohio. Working plans call for the remodel of a library.

As of 12/12/22 At this point, no one submitted a bid, Owner will be reissuing a Bid. 1. Only one contract will be issued by the Owner for constructing the Project, the General Contract, which will cover all scopes of work necessary to construct the Project. 2. The Contractor awarded the General Contract (General Contractor) will be responsible for the performance and coordination of any and all subcontractors and suppliers either directly or indirectly contracted with the General Contractor. 3. Owner may provide Bidders access to the Project site to conduct such examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, and studies as Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid. Bidder shall fill all holes and clean up and restore the Site to its former condition upon completion of such explorations, investigations, tests, and studies. Bidder shall comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations and Owners policies relative to excavation and utility locates. Bidders must follow COVID-19 safety protocols required by law or requested by the Owner. Bidders may visit the site during the pre-bid meeting. All labor, material and services necessary for the Main Library Remodel (Construction cost estimate $431,600), all in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by DesignGroup. Each bid must include a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders; Ohio prevailing wage rates are required. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the bid opening. The Library reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and to investigate bidder responsibility.
