Renovation of an educational facility in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general the scope of work includes but is not limited to replace 74 video surveillance cameras in 6 buildings (Alumni Hall, Medical Education Building, CAW Student Centre, Armouries (downtown), Alan Wildeman Centre (AWC Downtown), and Windsor Hall (downtown). Included is the installation of two (2) new cameras at Assumption Hall (east stairwell - interior and one outside east side). Contractor to disconnect and remove existing cameras including brackets and turn over to the University. Contractor shall test the cabling to the camera before connection of new cameras. Contractor to schedule the testing with the University IT Department. Contractor to provide IT with the camera MAC Address of the cameras and IT will assign each camera an IP address.IT personnel will identify the ports to connect to, and set up the switch with the correct Vlan so they will work when plugged in. Contractor shall work Campus Police to commission the camera and point it in the required direction. All new cameras and brackets will be supplied by the University. Attached a list of cameras in each of the buildings (Appendix D) including building floor plans. (Appendix E)
