Question Cuttoff Date & Time 11/11/2022 02:00:00 PM (CT) The City of Allen (the "City") Parks and Recreation Department (the "Department") is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to assist with the preparation of a comprehensive Federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) self-evaluation and transition plan as required by Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Title II of the ADA requires that public agencies maintain an ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan which details barriers identified and communicates an action plan for improving accessibility. All questions regarding proposal preparation, the selection process, specifications and interpretations of the terms and conditions of the bid shall be submitted in writing. Any addenda will be issued no later than three (3) calendar days prior to the deadline for submission of offers. Costs for developing/producing proposal response and possible subsequent interview or presentation are entirely the obligation of the proposer and shall not be chargeable in any manner to the City of Allen. All proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by City staff. The City reserves the right to evaluate each proposal on a separate and individual basis, to invite selected firms to make personal presentations to staff. The City further reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted, or accept a proposal deemed most advantageous to the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
