Site work for a communication facility in Moscow, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for site work for a communication facility.
The Port of Lewiston will receive and publicly open clearly marked proposals for the design and engineering of an approximately 95-mile middle-mile dark fiber optic line in north-central Idaho from the City of Moscow to the City of Grangeville. The Port of Lewiston reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Awarding of the project is contingent upon the negotiation of a Professional Services Contract. Note that this project is part of a grant through the Economic Development Administration (EDA). The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
