REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Surveying Services for Albany County School District #1 Velma Linford Elementary School Site Survey for Drainage and Laramie Middle School Site Survey for Drainage Services Requested: Albany County School District #1 (ACSD1) is seeking to engage a firm to provide professional surveying services to establish site contours and spot elevations at two separate sites to aid in the future design of drainage improvements in specific areas of the campuses. The General Scope for each school is as follows: Provide a benchmark for elevation reference. Develop a site plan showing building lines and surface features within the defined area. Provide spot elevations for surface features such as top back of curb, drainage pans, roof drainage downspouts, culvert outlets, utility valves and manholes. Provide underground utility locates and define underground utilities on the site plan. Provide enough survey points to develop a contour map with a 1-foot contour interval. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
