Renovation of a fire / police facility in Athens, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Commissioners are seeking bids for the "Tear off and Replacement of the Roof, located at 13 W. Washington Street, Athens, Athens County Sheriff's building. *Tear-off existing Built-up and spray foam roofs and dispose of properly *Provide and install new 2 layer of 2.2" Poly-Iso insulation adhered to roof deck. *Provide and install new Carlisle 060 EPDM fully adhered roofing system. *Flash all penetrations to Carlisle standards. *Provide and install new Carlisle metal coping. *Raise existing radio tower with assistance from County. *Provide manufacturer's 20-year warranty. The Athens County Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids.
