Renovation of a detention facility in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a four-story above grade detention facility.
Bid Bond 5% For Bid No: 23-16; Removal and Replacement of Air Ducts at St. Johns County Criminal Justice Facility. The Contractor shall provide the required labor, material, and equipment for complete removal and replacement of two hundred fourteen (214) sections of six inch (6") spiral metal supply air duct approximately three feet (3') in length, including replacement of two hundred fourteen (214) six inch (6") manual dampers and duct insulation, at the St. Johns County Criminal Justice Facility located at 3955 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine, Florida 32084. All work will be performed in twenty-eight (28) chase access on the exterior of the four (4) story building. Lump sum price shall include the cost of labor, material, debris removal, port-o-let and equipment needed to perform a turnkey project. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County.
