The City of Riviera Beach (City) is offering a transformational development opportunity in the heart of the City and its waterfront. This generational project has an exciting mix of desired uses: sports, wellness, civic, government, and commercial mixed-use on 80.5 acres of highly visible land in Riviera Beach. The scarcity of land in South Florida, combined with the location and demographics of Palm Beach County, create a true place making opportunity, as well as improve public service to accommodate anticipated City growth. The information contained in this solicitation reflects the development goals and Respondent information the City requires to select a development partner or partners through a Public-Private Partnership (P3) pursuant to Section 255.065, Florida Statutes The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
