RFP - On-Call Watermain Replacement/Relocation Engineering Consultant. The City of Lawrence, Kansas is proposing to contract with one or more qualified engineering firms for engineering service associated with the City's Watermain Replacement Program (MS9-W2300). The selected firm(s) will act as On-Call Engineering Consultants for various waterline replacement projects. The selection shall be for 3 years. The City may extend this selection for two additional one year terms based upon performance (2027 CIP Budget Year). No Pre-Bid Conference Available The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
