Renovation of a municipal facility in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
For exterior renovations to Lake Shawnee Shelter #6, located at 3521 SE East Edge Rd, Topeka, KS 66605, including windows, siding and trim replacement, per the following minimum requirements. 1. In communications, always refer to the above quotation number. 2. All prices and conditions must be shown. Additions or conditions not shown on this bid will not be allowed. 3. Shawnee County reserve the right to accept or reject any part of, or all of, any bid or proposal. 4. All prices quoted are to be less Federal Excise Tax and Kansas Sales Tax. 5. Price quoted shall remain firm for ninety (90) days after bid closing date. PROJECT COMPLETION 1. Remove all debris, including running a magnet to pick up nails, leave site in a clean and orderly condition and repair any damage to property that is a direct result of the project. PROJECT NOTES 1. Light fixtures to be removed and reinstalled by Contractor. 2. Exposed bolts can be wrapped and covered with new siding. 3. Current siding does not have to be removed, just remove rotten boards and replace with wood/plywood, wrapping, then install new siding over top. 4. Doors will not be replaced. 5. SCP+R will get electric shut off and pulled away from back of building, including the AC. Contractor will need to plan on not have electrical service during work.
