Specifications: 1. Cut listed trees, 2. Dispose of trees and associated tree debris, 3. Dispose of all construction debris, 4. Grind stumps below adjacent grade, 5. Haul off and properly dispose of stump grinding debris, 6. Repair any and all damages within construction limits caused by removal of trees and/ or stumps, 7. Clean all disturbed areas from tree removal sites, 8. Communicate with any and all Public Safety departments and / or utility companies to be affected by removal operations. Qualifications: Contractors must meet the following guidelines: 1. Have Liability Insurance with a minimum amount of $1,000,000.00. 2. Provide an e-verified list of all employees performing work for the removal operations, 3. Provide an equipment list that will be used in the removal operations, 4. Have an active City of Valley Business License, 5. Provide a Subcontractor list, if any subcontractors will be used, 6. Provide references upon request.
