The object of the contract consists of the bulk supply of approximately 7,100 metric tons of sodium chloride (NaCl) for the de-icing of the Billy-Diamond road. The work includes the supply of sodium chloride and its transport by truck to its unloading location, i.e. at the site of the Ville de Matagami transshipment yard located at 2200, boulevard Industriel in Matagami, i.e. km 219.5 from Route 109. Matagami is located at km 224. The market ends on August 31, 2023 and can be renewed from September 1 to August 31 of the following year. However, the final date of the market cannot exceed August 31, 2025. ONLY SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CONTRACT WHO HAVE AN ESTABLISHMENT IN QUEBEC OR IN A TERRITORY COVERED BY THE APPLICABLE AGREEMENTS AND WHO HAVE THE MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS. By establishment, the Company means: Place where the service provider carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal office hours. It is strongly suggested that the service provider apply for an attestation from Revenu Québec as soon as possible in order to be able to solve any possible problem relating to obtaining it before the deadline date and time set for the receipt of submissions. Indeed, section 2.7 of the instructions to service providers, which requires that the certificate from Revenu Québec be held by service providers, provides that the certificate is valid until the end of the three-month period follows the month in which it was issued. In addition, the certificate must not have been issued after the deadline date and time set for the receipt of tenders.
