The purpose of the contract is to transport sodium chloride from Matagami to seven road centers, including one in the Matagami transfer yard (the Company's mega dome), five on Billy Road -Diamond and one in the village of Chisasibi. The market ends on August 31, 2023 and can be renewed from September 1 to August 31 of the following year. However, the final date of the market cannot exceed August 31, 2025. ONLY SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CONTRACT WHO HAVE AN ESTABLISHMENT ON THE JAMES BAY TERRITORY AND WHO HAVE THE MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS. By establishment, the Company means: Place where the service provider carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal office hours.
