Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information This project is for the removal and replacement of backflow preventers in the AC Plant located at the Bronx VA Medical Center. Magnitude of Construction: $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 NAICS Code: 238220 Size Standard: $16.5 Million Competition Time: 60 days after award notice This requirement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Potential Contractors must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) and are certified as an SDVOSB in VIP (www.vetbiz.va.gov) at the time of offer and at the time of award. Site Visit: A site visit will be available for interested parties to tour the area for repair on November 15th 2022 at 10:00am EST. All interested parties shall meet at the Engineering office (GC 100) at the Bronx VA Medical Center. To preserve the integrity of the procurement process, all questions and requests for information must be submitted in writing to Dayna Dickson-Miller, Contracting Officer via email at Dayna.Dickson-Miller@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than 4:00pm EST on November 17th 2022. Please submit your cost proposal in an email to Dayna.Dickson-Miller@va.gov by 4:00pm EST on November 30th 2022. Please include a cost breakdown of your firm's proposal. Evaluations will be determined IAW FAR Subpart 13.106-1(a)(2). The Government shall award this procurement on the basis of technical capability, price and past performance. Please provide a maximum 5-page capability statement that indicates the vendor has the trained personnel and experience with the same or similar work. The Government reserves the right to make award without discussions. IAW VAAR 852.219-77 VA Notice of Limitations in Subcontracting, a Certificate of Compliance must be signed and submitted with your proposal. Refer to solicitation for full description of requirement. NOTE: CONTRACTORS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS
