Site work for a mixed-use development in Pleasant Garden, North Carolina. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The following Scope of Work is intended to guide preparation for proposals for the renovations of fields #5 and #6 for the Town of Pleasant Garden. Chain link fencing needs to be repaired and replaced on both fields, including replacing both first base and third base sides with eight-foot-high fencing. Drainage added to both fields, and infield mix dirt added to both infields with infield edge cut to standard. New scoreboards and new power may need to be ran to them. Dugouts replaced with concrete floor, new shingle roof, aluminum bench seats, and chain link fence walls. Old score huts and old concession stand removed. Outdoor electric outlets added to both back stops, and water hydrants repaired for irrigation and one added to under one of the scoreboards. New safety netting installed down roadside fence and between fields.
