NEO Nursing Science Building Chiller and HVAC Unit Replacement - Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College located in Miami, OK is seeking proposals for the Nursing Science Building Chiller and HVAC Unit Replacement. Boomer Road Stillwater, OK 74078 405-744-5984 (phone) 405-744-5187 (fax) don.watts@okstate.edu Provide or Furnish crane and hoisting work for removal and installation of units. Demo and removal of old exiting units per EPA standards and regulation requirements. Installation of new 45-ton chiller and connections of all plumbing and electrical per unit specifications. Insulating external plumbing as needed. Wire as needed low voltage connections for building automations/controls. Installation of new 7.5-ton split system condenser and in ceiling air handler unit, new line set to roof condenser, electrical and low voltage wire connections for building automation system as needed. Cap and seal around new line set penetrating roofing as needed. Install/connect air handler to existing duct work and transitions as needed. Remove/replace any ceiling tile after installation. Perform system start up, test and balance per manufacture specifications for both units.
