This is a three story 45 unit building AT The Housing Authority of City of Elizabeth MRAVLAG Building M 688 Maple Ave., Elizabeth, NJ 07202 According to the enclosed specifications and drawings described in general as: BASE BID: Remove and properly discard the existing boilers at MRAVLAG Building M and replace with two (2) SIx hundred thousand BTU (600,000) gas fired condensing boilers with individual pumps for each boiler as well as new associated control panels, piping (copper), duct and electrical work. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. The work shall commence immediately upon award of Contract by owner and completed with due diligence. No bids will be accepted after the due date and time specified for any reason. They will immediately be opened with a State Monitor present as we can not have a public opening due to Covid 19 restrictions.
